Order Processing:
-  After placing your order, we dedicate 1-2 days to process your order.
- Afterwards, our team commits 1-3 days to source, prepare, and package your selected items.

Shipping Timeline:
- Once your order is processed, it will take an additional 4-5 business days for your items to be shipped to you

Tracking Information:
- Once your items are shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email within 24-48 hours.
- This tracking code will allow you to track your package and estimate delivery times. Delivery Is 5 AFTER Item Has Been Shipped.

TAXES & DUTIES.
Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. All standard shipping orders and worldwide express shipping are shipped DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid" from Asia, and we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what the estimated cost will be. To pick up the package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs. Since we ship to more than 50 countries, some countries may require additional cash on delivery (Collect On Delivery) charges. In this case the fees are paid to the local carrier. TrendVault does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.

OWNERSHIP AND RISK
To ensure fast shipping times, we cannot make changes or cancel your order after it has been placed. If you have made a mistake in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via e-mail at trendvault.shop@gmail.com.

Any delivery date or time specified by us is an estimate only, and TrendVault shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from a reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Once shipped, TrendVault assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to items in transit. In the unlikely event that the order is not received within the expected delivery time.
